Are you aware of your real thoughts, desires,feelings, love, etc.? Or you truly aware?
When you finally aware of them and know them, how well do you communicate those desires, feeling, wants, etc. to others? and do you communicate them directly once you know them?

Knowing you.
knowing what you desire, feel, think, love, talents, etc.
Communicating those parts of yourself to others.
And your action on those parts.
When you are able to do all those things, you are fully alive and living as a defined person.
