We drove 2 hour to Melbourne just to walk on the beach. It was one month after hurricane Irma, it was so windy and lots of mess from the hurricane had washed up on the shore. We did not get into the water because of all the mess and the waves were high. I wasn’t really planning on getting into the water, not because I can’t swim (yes I’m from the Caribbean, I can save my self). I just like to walk around or sit and look out at the water. I love going to the beach and chill with my family and watch the kiddos enjoy the water. London was scared of the water, crying each time the water waves came in.
